1. Pricing Structure

The prices displayed on the website represent starting prices for our massage services. Because we provide on-demand, mobile at-home services, the final price is calculated after the service is completed and reflects the specific conditions under which the service was delivered.

The final price may include a combination of the following components, which together ensure a high-quality, professional, and reliable experience:

Massage service base price, starting from the advertised rate.
Service fee (8%), which supports operational coordination, scheduling, administration, customer support, and service management.
Platform & transaction processing fee (3%), covering secure payment processing, invoicing, payment infrastructure, and fraud prevention systems.
Applicable taxes (7%), charged in accordance with local and state regulations.
Mobile / travel service fee, applicable to all at-home services, ranging between $20 and $50 USD, depending on distance, traffic conditions, location accessibility, and overall service logistics.

The final price reflects the complete delivery of the service, including travel, coordination, and operational support required for mobile care.

2. Payment Policy

Payment is collected after the service is completed, once all service conditions are confirmed.
By booking a service, the client agrees to pay the final calculated amount based on the pricing structure described above.
Tips are optional and may be added voluntarily through the payment platform.
Any questions regarding pricing are encouraged to be addressed before or immediately after payment.

3. Mobile Service & Travel Conditions

All services are provided at the client’s requested location. The mobile / travel service fee accounts for:

Travel time and distance
Traffic and time-of-day conditions
Accessibility of the location
Setup and breakdown of equipment

Parking fees, valet services, tolls, gated access fees, or restricted-access charges are not included and may be billed separately if applicable.

4. Equipment & Service Setup

Our therapists arrive fully equipped with professional massage tables, linens, oils, and all necessary supplies.
The client is responsible for providing adequate space, a safe environment, and reasonable access to the service area.

5. Appointment Timing & Waiting Policy

Appointment times are provided as estimated arrival windows and may vary due to traffic or prior services.
If the client is not available upon arrival, waiting times beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or additional charges.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations or last-minute changes may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or refusal to receive the therapist upon arrival may result in charges that include travel and operational costs.

7. Professional Conduct & Safety

All services are delivered in a professional and respectful manner.
Any inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or harassment will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
We reserve the right to discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and receiving a service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Pricing and Service Conditions as part of the booking process.
